By using Dino World Kids, creating a Parent Account, or purchasing Premium access, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational service
Dino World Kids provides educational games and activities including Dino Words, Math, Quizzes, Stars, Badges, Crowns, and parent progress features. Content is provided for general educational and entertainment purposes and is not professional educational, medical, or developmental advice.
3. Parent Accounts
Parents or guardians are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their Parent Account. You must provide accurate information and must not allow unauthorized use of your account.
4. Premium purchase
Dino World Kids may offer paid Premium access. The current price and included features are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Premium access is linked to the Parent Account and purchase information used during checkout.
5. Refunds and billing questions
If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a billing problem, please contact us promptly using the customer-support details shown during checkout. Any refund is subject to applicable law, the circumstances of the transaction, and the payment provider's processing rules.
6. Acceptable use
You may use Dino World Kids for personal and family educational use. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass Premium access controls, interfere with security, scrape or copy substantial parts of the service, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Dino World Kids name, site design, original text, graphics, learning flows, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Dino World Kids content to users.
8. Third-party services
Some functions rely on third-party providers, including Supabase for account and cloud features and Stripe for payments. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product development, legal compliance, or service reliability. We aim to keep purchased access available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every device, browser, network, or third-party service will operate without interruption or error.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dino World Kids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
