Privacy Policy

How Dino World Kids handles parent account, learning progress, and payment-related information.

Effective date: September 6, 2026

For parents and guardians: Dino World Kids is designed for young children, but parent or guardian involvement is required for account creation, purchases, and management of learning progress.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how Dino World Kids handles information when parents or guardians use our website, create a Parent Account, purchase Premium access, and save a child's learning progress.

2. Information we may collect

  • Parent account information: such as the email address used to sign in.
  • Learning and progress data: such as completed Dino Words, Math levels, Quiz progress, Stars, Badges, Crowns, and similar in-app progress.
  • Purchase status: information needed to confirm whether a Parent Account has Premium access.
  • Technical information: basic browser, device, security, and service-log information that may be generated when the website is used.

3. Children’s information

Dino World Kids is intended to be used under the direction of a parent or guardian. We do not ask children to create their own account, submit a real name, provide a phone number, or enter payment-card information. Parents and guardians should not submit unnecessary personal information about a child through the service.

4. How we use information

  • Provide and maintain Parent Accounts and Premium access.
  • Save and sync learning progress across supported sessions or devices.
  • Process and verify purchases.
  • Protect the website against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
  • Support parents and improve the learning experience.

5. Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate parts of Dino World Kids. Supabase is used for authentication and cloud progress features. Stripe is used for payment processing. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe's checkout service and are not stored directly in the Dino World Kids website code.

6. Cookies and local storage

The website may use browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session continuity, preferences, and learning progress. Third-party providers may also use their own necessary technologies when providing authentication or payment services.

7. Data retention

We keep account and progress information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase access, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Parents may contact us to request help with account data.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so parents should use a strong password and keep account access private.

9. Your choices and parental rights

A parent or guardian may ask questions about the information associated with a Parent Account, request correction where appropriate, or request deletion subject to legal, payment, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping obligations.

10. International users

Dino World Kids may be accessed from different countries. Information may therefore be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to their applicable safeguards and terms.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.

12. Contact

For privacy or account questions, please contact Dino World Kids through the customer-support details shown during checkout or through the official Dino World Kids website.
